And will be spelled out clearly in the contract to avoid surprises. Our financial specialist can help advise you with lenders that can help you apply for home equity lines of credit if necessary.

Jordan remodeling typically offer two main types of contracts: 

1-fixed-price contract 

2-cost-plus contract


-fixed-price contract : means we agree on a set price for the entire project upfront. This price includes labor, materials, and any other costs. The owner knows exactly how much will be paying from the beginning.if the owner request changes or upgrades, those would be additional expenses.


-cost-plus contract: means you pay for the actual cost of labor and materials, plus a fixed percentage or fee for our services. This contract gives you more flexibility and transparency, but the total cost can fluctuate.So there’s no set final price, the contractor  provide an estimated budget, but the final cost depends on the actual expenses. This is a great option if the owner wants more control over material choices or if the scope of work might change.


So If the owner have a strict budget and want to avoid surprises, a fixed-price contract is the safer choice. But if you want flexibility and are okay with possible cost changes, a cost-plus contract might work better.
Our percentage in a cost-plus contract is 15% to 25% that We typically charge a  markup on materials and labor, depending on the project’s complexity.
